Corn Casserole – Casserole de maïs

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of Green Giant Cream of Corn
  • 3 eggs – beaten
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Onion flakes or powder (totally optional – I don’t use it)
  • Cracker crumbs – one and one half packages of Ritz crackers crumbled
  • 1 Tablesp. Of sugar
  • 1/3 teasp. Of salt
  • Butter

Preparation:

Mix together cream of corn, eggs, milk, sugar, salt and 2/3 amount of cracker crumbs.

Butter a baking dish (9X9). Pour in the mixture. Spread the rest of the cracker crumbs on

top. Slice some butter and put on top of cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350 degree for one hour. Let it cool. Enjoy!
